I normally book The heart hotel when I go to Milan for work as the location it's just perfect, next to the hotel there is small supermarket should you need to buy anything, a lovely patisserie for a real Italian breakfast and there is a small pedestrian road full of restaurants with different choices of food

My stay at Hotel Heart Milano was a delightful experience, and the standout feature was undoubtedly the incredible staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with genuine warmth and hospitality that made me feel instantly at home. Every interaction with the staff, whether at the front desk or housekeeping, was met with kindness and a willingness to help, creating a truly personalised experience. The hotel itself is modern and comfortable, with rooms that are thoughtfully designed and equipped with all the essentials needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was cozy, and the room was impeccably clean. I also appreciated the attention to detail, from the stylish decor to the convenient amenities provided. The location was also ideal – close to public transportation and within easy reach of Milan’s major attractions. Whether I needed directions, restaurant recommendations, or any other assistance, the staff was always ready with a smile and helpful advice, making my visit to Milan even more enjoyable. Hotel Heart Milano combines modern comfort with exceptional service, thanks to a team that truly cares about its guests. I can't wait to return for another stay!

A modern hotel with great design in a great location, some 20-minute walk from the Duomo and 15-minute walk from the Central Railway Station. The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. Great value for money. All the staff were nice and friendly, but I would especially single out the late night receptionist who welcomed us in the middle of the night and gave us all the info in perfect English. He was super kind and friendly. The area is residential, so quiet and safe. There is a range of eateries and restaurants along with a great tradition pasticceria serving coffee close to the hotel as well as a big grocery store. A great choice for the accommodation in central Milan.

Nice hotel with all necessary amenities. Snacks in fridge were a nice touch. Solid location. Let us store our luggage for an hour after check out, which is 12

The hotel and rooms were clean and well designed. The staff were friendly and accomodating, particularly the gentleman at the espresso bar during breakfast. The location of the hotel is ideal and close to a number of train station and tram stops. The overall experience was very good.

The location is very good. Easily accessible from the airport. The fact that there is a 24/7 supermarket just next door, is just so convenient! The room was nicely designed and there was plenty of light. It was easy to reach all attractions on foot as well.

Staff were very friendly and always welcoming . Felt very safe having staff there 24/7 , whenever you leave or return they always greet you with a smile . Hotel is very close to the metro which takes you to all main parts of Milano . Other benefits are the 24hr supermarket down stairs and there is also a cute cafe next door for coffee and pastry in the morning

The hotel was modern and quirky. it was in a great location and very clean. The staff couldn’t do enough for us during the stay, they got us extra pillows and sorted us an iron to use during the Stay. The location is great, we walked to the main cathedral square but it is also easy to use public transport, with a tram and two subway stops just a short walk away. Next door to the hotel is a 24 hour supermarket which js great for getting water, drinks and snacks.
