From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with genuine warmth and hospitality that made me feel instantly at home. Every interaction with the staff, whether at the front desk or housekeeping, was met with kindness and a willingness to help, creating a truly personalised experience. The hotel itself is modern and comfortable, with rooms that are thoughtfully designed and equipped with all the essentials needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was cozy, and the room was impeccably clean. I also appreciated the attention to detail, from the stylish decor to the convenient amenities provided. The location was also ideal – close to public transportation and within easy reach of Milan’s major attractions. Whether I needed directions, restaurant recommendations, or any other assistance, the staff was always ready with a smile and helpful advice, making my visit to Milan even more enjoyable. Hotel Heart Milano combines modern comfort with exceptional service, thanks to a team that truly cares about its guests. I can't wait to return for another stay!

A modern hotel with great design in a great location, some 20-minute walk from the Duomo and 15-minute walk from the Central Railway Station. The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. Great value for money. All the staff were nice and friendly, but I would especially single out the late night receptionist who welcomed us in the middle of the night and gave us all the info in perfect English. He was super kind and friendly. The area is residential, so quiet and safe. There is a range of eateries and restaurants along with a great tradition pasticceria serving coffee close to the hotel as well as a big grocery store. A great choice for the accommodation in central Milan.

The hotel was modern and quirky. it was in a great location and very clean. The staff couldn’t do enough for us during the stay, they got us extra pillows and sorted us an iron to use during the Stay. The location is great, we walked to the main cathedral square but it is also easy to use public transport, with a tram and two subway stops just a short walk away. Next door to the hotel is a 24 hour supermarket which js great for getting water, drinks and snacks.

Hotel is very close to the metro which takes you to all main parts of Milano . Other benefits are the 24hr supermarket down stairs and there is also a cute cafe next door for coffee and pastry in the morning
